On September 18th, 2018, Ms. Nadia Naviwala a Wilson Center Global Fellow, writer, & author of Pakistan’s Education Crisis: The Real Story visited SEF Fellowship Schools located in Korangi, Gadafi and Zafar Town Malir, Karachi.
At the outset, SEF Regional Team Karachi briefed her about the Foundation’s portfolio and the concept of public-private partnership PPP model, outreach & institutional & educational quality frame work
During her Visit, she observed the students’ skills of language understanding with the purpose of reading & comprehension Urdu/English content. She also met with teachers during classes with the aim to observe teaching learning process & medium of instruction which directly has impact on students learning outcome.
She was quite impressive seeing students receiving education in A/V room with digital content on tablets and E-learning applications. She also had subject activity with students on tablets in Computer Lab.
Ms. Nadia Naviwala said that Provision of education in every nook & corner of the country should be like a war for us and that is what it is for civilian organizations like SEF that are taking education to the remotest areas.
